After surviving a near death experience, on a routine mission, Velvet Stone seeks revenge against the trafficking ring that almost killed her, but the path to redemption leads her to a shocking discovery.

SYNOPSIS:

Velvet Stone is a young orphan recruited and adopted by a ruthless yet respected Director Chester Stone who runs a covert government organization called The Mercenaries to train beside fellow orphan Asta Raine, her best friend and equal in skill and fierceness, to serve the purpose of political and military assassinations all under the watchful eye of Campbell the military school principle and Xander the one-eyed assassin trainer. Velvet’s lone-wolf mentality takes her on a personal journey to fight anyone and against anything in her way to bring down an international human trafficking organization called The Enlightened Path all with the help of her quirky hacker friend Tequila.

Velvet is introduced to Richard, a hapless bright smiling enthusiastic suitor arranged by Tequila to help round out Velvets rough and aggressive personality only to see Velvet reject any advances. Through a series of flashbacks, Velvet is assigned numerous assassin missions alongside Asta and handled by Agent Lester, an unscrupulous backstabbing government laky but with a soft spot for Velvet. She continues her relentless pursuit of human trafficking process facilities run by the organization but becomes ensnared when we find the facilities are run by Campbell and his sadistic enforcer Petra, also a fierce graduate of The Mercenaries and wants more than anything to prove she is better at killing than Velvet.

Velvet, Asta and Agent Lester arrive at their next mission, Velvet is told to go alone and fight all on board the ship, only to find she walked into a trap while seeing her friends destroyed by a short range missile. Velvet, alone, fights her way out by killing both Petra and Campbell only to be attacked by a much alive Asta who believes Velvet betrayed her. Velvet manages to escape and travel back to Tequila wounded unknowing she is also caring a homing device. Once again she is met by Asta and witness to Tequila’s apartment exploding. Without much fight, Velvet struggles to survive Asta’s fury until a bright light/flash/smoke and gunfire interrupt the battle as FBI Agent Wyatt Buck, also known as Richard, enters the fight and drives off the attackers. He takes her back to FBI Headquarters and patches her up with the intent on interrogation.

Velvet uses the the opportunity to escape FBI custody as she overpowers Buck at Tequila’s funeral. Velvet is free to avenge his death and find whoever is responsible to pit Asta against her. By using the intel Tequila provided she infiltrates the Secret Base of The Enlightened Path using Agent Lester’s credentials which she soon finds out is the same covert government organization she belonged. Velvet kills every guard making her way to the boss but runs right into the buzzsaw Xander along with Asta and a supernatural being called the Witch. Velvet kills the Witch only to face Asta and Xander, but is surprised as Asta joins her side as they both kill Xander. Asta overheard a conversation about the betrayal and pledged her allegiance to Velvet. Velvet confronts her final battle but comes face to face with Chester Stone, her savior, mentor and father. Chester asks for forgiveness and embraces Velvet only to try to inject her with poison but is stopped as Velvet injects him. Like father like daughter and Chester dies. Velvet and Asta unite with Lester and begin their next mission, to destroy The Mercenaries.
