45 CE. It’s been 15 years since Jesus of Nazareth died on the cross. His followers have been living in hiding, scattered in small communities across Roman occupied Israel. Amidst growing persecution, community leaders are gathering in Jerusalem to discuss their uncertain future. Among them is Paul of Tarsus, who will bring to the table his own interpretation of Jesus’ teachings, and his own agenda.
