After a steamy backroad make out session under the stars, a young couple, Becca and Matt think they're safe to hang out on the towns infamous backroad. But passion turns to panic when a blood-chilling scream cuts through the silence, and a massive hook on a chain rips Becca into the darkness. Left bloody and alone, Matt must find a way back to the main road before he is found by the man with the hook.
