The adventures of Planchet - servant of D'Artagnan. A 10 part series that focuses on the bungling cowardly but somewhat loveable servant - in a series that has sea-monsters, pirates, deformed 'monsters', ghosts, murderers, bandits, assassins, witches and alchemists - as well as our old friends D'Artagnan and the Musketeers. We learn too that Planchet is not all he seems....!

SYNOPSIS:

Episode 1 - 'In The Merde' - After a trip to the sewers Planchet is thrown into the Bastille, where he faces torture and meets a strange monstrous figure known as 'The Beast of the Bastille'.

Episode 2 - 'A Nose for Trouble' - Planchet meets Cyrano De Bergerac and is drawn into a plot involving The Concini's and Marie De Medici who are planning a coup against the King of France.

Episode 3 - 'A Cardinal Sin' - the Cardinal is kidnapped by bandits, along with Athos. Planchet is 'persuaded' to assist in a recue by Rochefort.

Episode 4 - 'A Fool for Love' - Planchet gets involved with Kitty, maidservant of Milady De Winter, only to find himself part of a love triangle involving his master D'Artagnan!

Episode 5 -'Low Spirits' - a ghostly tale about a girl who escapes an asylum and sees the ghost of her murdered brother. Can Planchet help save her from her scheming relatives?

Episode 6 - 'All That Glistens...' - a tale about alchemy and gold, where poor Planchet is tricked out of all his masters money and meets the famous alchemist Cornelius Drebbel.

Episode 7 - 'Bon Voyage Part 1' - Planchet is sent to England to warn Buckingham of an assasination plot - unfortunately he is captured by Pirates and finds that also Milady De Winter is also on board...

Episode 8 - 'Bon Voyage Part 2' - Planchet is trapped in England and fails his mission when Buckingham is killed. He flees England in a submarine piloted by Drebbel the alchemist.

Episode 9 'Milady De Winter' - Planchet and the other servants have to help track down the assassin Milady De Winter and we learn about her dark past and that perhaps she herself is also a victim.

Episode 10 - 'A Family Affair' - Planchet finds love, only to discover his intended is really his cousin living in hiding and we learn that Planchet and his surviving relatives are suspected of mass murder!
