After deciding to create the world's first viable hover-car, a duo is opposed by mysterious figures claiming to represent the government intending to serve their own nefarious interests.

SYNOPSIS:

Fed up with conventional traffic in the 21st century, a man decides to build the world's first conventional hover-car. Enlisting the help of an engineer friend, they make strides in technological advancements, but are not ready for the opposition to their invention. When they are approached by two shady individuals claiming to be government officials, they soon find out that they are not who they seem. The race is on to finish their creation before it gets sabotaged by the mysterious figures.
