Hi Solomon, fellow Northerner here! :D This is a solid concept for a series, and the mystery element has a nice hook to it, definitely potential with a teen audience here. I would polish the sentence structure a little, just to really sell the protagonist and stakes, and this is an easy 5-star logline :)
