Hello Everyone, I am Ruby Zandra Waller, Author of Murderer Amongst Us by pen name Ruby Miller-Stewart. I am working on converting my book scripts to a screenplay mini-series called "Kingmaker Blues" which tells the story of how an unknown Senator from Illinois used charisma, charm, and brilliant organizational skills to put together an Obamian Nation of Supporters and Super Delegates that campaigned for change and put the first Brown President of the United States in the White House leaving a legacy of affordable healthcare, education reform, and equal opportunity for all Americans helping millions, including me and my husband, reclaim the American Dream. Today my dreams and aspirations are being realized. As a proud African American Mother, my dreams of having someone in office to inspire my Black children to greatness has been realized. As a Woman living in America, my dream to have some one believe in the success of Women and actively helping us address issues of inequality and equal rights have been realized. And as an Author passionately desiring to share my life's experiences through filmmaking, I am so pleased to be here at stage 32 realizing my dreams which are happening all because of the wonderful networking with other Stage 32 creatives which has given me the best of two Worlds. Today, I am living my dreams as a school teacher writing my "Blues" of the past away, and more importantly, making awesome connections with other stage 32 creatives who have been allowing me to pick their brains regarding their craft so that I can learn to write and direct my screenplays and share them with the World through movie making. Stage 32 has changed my life because of all of you welcoming me with open arms. I thank you for it, and I look forward to many more friendships to come. For me, being here with you all is not about being a creative or making a profit. It is about creating and sharing with like minds for the better good of our nation. I have enjoyed reading your posts, reviewing and covering scripts, and all the advice you have given me on how to be a great screenwriter and director so that I can do "Kingmaker Blues" justice. Thanks for all you have done and will do. It was fun meeting many of you at Perch, and I love my Las Vegas Screenwriters' Group that helps to keep me grounded in the creative world I love to dabble in after a long day at school for relaxation, relating, and releasing the blues of reality for my own little world of make believe.
