I'm looking for 150k for "The Gnomes of New Hope" in the form of Front Money. The deal is a 300% return on the back end. The FM is being used for legal/budget and some pre-production materials to bring the markets up to speed with an anticipated LP being the vehicle, although it may go to a Closely Held if the funds become available. Some licensing may be part of that, since I will be selling the Ancillary Rights to fund the production. The Broadway show may end up costing in excess of 10M and that is part of the deal.
