I have two TV series proposals (scripted dramas) have come close to making deals with smaller companies but need an agent to approach bigger firms. Any suggestions, leads, referalls?

Hey James, this is Ashley from the Stage 32 team. I just wanted to let you know I moved your post from Authoring & Playwriting to Screenwriting, as it fits much better there. Let me know if you have any questions, and all the best to you!

Query producers just like you query book agents. Also, attend film festivals that are long standing...maybe 20 years or more some of these things have been running. The more legit the event, the more likely you are to accidentally meet the right fit for your project. I'm still learning as well but it all almost feels like this giant sea of opportunity without a sign on them that says "I'm the best fit for what you're trying to do." You kind of have to awkwardly put yourself out there and just keep trying no matter how dumb your moves are.
Also drop the word "firms" that's a business word like an accounting firm. Say you're looking for production companies or potential studios trying to adapt a piece of book IP.
Lastly, just clicked on your profile and saw you're from Pittsburgh. Best of luck with film but, yeah, go Browns man. Not sorry.
