Investment Opportunity – The Unseen
A High-Concept, Low-Budget Horror with Major Backing
A buried terror. A team trapped. A nightmare they can’t escape.
Set in the frozen isolation of Antarctica, The Unseen follows a research team as they descend into a subglacial lake, only to discover an ancient, shape-shifting entity that infects its victims in ways beyond comprehension. As paranoia takes hold, the survivors must determine who—if anyone—is still human before it’s too late.
Why Invest?
$1M+ Secured in Production Resources – Tim Pipher (L.A. Castle Studios & ABQ Castle Studios) has committed $1M+ in elite cameras, sets, and production resources, significantly reducing costs.
High-Concept, Low-Risk, Big Returns – A contained setting and small cast mean lower production costs, while the film’s marketability, festival appeal, and horror’s high ROI track record make it a strong investment.
Streaming & Theatrical Potential – Designed for Netflix, Hulu, Shudder, Amazon, and theatrical release, with a built-in viral marketing campaign to drive interest.
Award-Winning & Festival Appeal – Positioned for Sundance, TIFF, SXSW, and Fantastic Fest, maximizing buyer and distributor interest.
Tax Incentives & Smart Financing – With New Mexico’s 30% tax rebate and other financing options, risk is minimized while profitability is maximized.
Investment Opportunity
Seeking Angel Investors for a Modest Equity Stake
Executive Producer Credit & Profit Participation
Access to Tax Incentives & Smart Financing Strategies
Massive Revenue Potential from Streaming, Theatrical, and Licensing Deals
With $1M+ already secured, tax incentives, and proven audience demand, The Unseen is an ideal investment opportunity in today’s horror market.

[DR. RACHEL KIM – ASTROBIOLOGIST, LEAD SCIENCE OFFICER]
(faint static crackle)This is... Dr. Rachel Kim. If anyone receives this—anyone—we breached the lake yesterday. The pressure stabilizers held. Fluid samples were—initially—nonreactive. But… something’s not right.
Carter says the filters are showing trace biological movement—independent of current flow. That shouldn’t be possible.
[UNIDENTIFIED MALE VOICE – POSSIBLY DR. GREEN]
(interrupting) No… no, it’s moving against the current. I saw it. It’s circling. Watching.
[DR. KIM]
We lost contact with the divers for six minutes during sample retrieval. When Vasquez came back up... she wasn’t— (brief static)She didn’t remember surfacing. And her voice—it was wrong.
[SFX: Distant metallic creaking – pressure shift?]
[DR. KIM – whispered]
We’re hearing things through the vent system. Voices. Ours. The base AI flagged three separate instances of someone speaking... while we were all asleep.
The thing is, it’s not recording on audio playback. Only in the live feed.
[SFX: Sharp clanging, sudden static burst]
[DR. KIM]
I think it’s in the systems. I think it’s learning us.
If this gets out—don’t come down here. Don’t open it again. Bury the lake.
[END LOG — FILE CORRUPTED]
They escaped the depths… but did it come with them?

Hi, Ted Lazaris. I’m a Stage 32 Lounge Moderator. I wanted to let you know I moved your post from the Financing/Crowdfunding Lounge to the Your Stage Lounge. The Financing/Crowdfunding Lounge isn’t the place to find investors. It’s a place to discuss crowdfunding strategies, share content about crowdfunding and financing, and offer tips/advice on raising funds for projects. Let me know if you have any questions.
Stage 32 has Financing Blogs that might help you find funding: www.stage32.com/blog/tags/financing-85
