Hello all ! I’ve been on the platform for about a year, but I have never introduced myself, so thanks RB for the great initiative!
From a young age, I nurtured a deep passion for African wildlife and cinema. This passion led me to pursue higher education in biology, while spending my free time acting or being an extra in various film projects, ranging from commercials to feature films. However, I had to set aside my love for acting when I began my thesis on chimpanzees… And after a decade of working on conservation projects on large mammals in Africa, I have decided to get back to movies, as an author. I am using my real life experience to draw stories on the illegal wildlife trade and the overuse of natural resources. I am currently developing a short-film that will be partly shot at the National Museum of Natural History of Paris, and for which I will use footage of wildlife I have shot in Cameroon. It’s all very exciting!
I attended quite a few Stage 32 events last Cannes Film festival and it was so inspiring!

Hi, Osiris! What an incredible journey! National history museums are some of my favorite museums (The American Museum of Natural History in New York it my all time!) so your project at the Museum of Natural History in Paris sounds amazing. Paris is one of my favorite cities too! I’m so glad you’re part of the community, keep me in the loop, and I’ll be rooting for you all the way!

Thank you all so much for the love and support!! I will launch a crowdfunding campaign in November with an amazing selection of rewards and add-ons to match-up the funds already secured. I will surely keep you all posted!
And Sydney S, I will be in NYC in December, so I will definitely visit the Natural history museum :D
