Did you write yourself a script to go by? I've done quite a few and I still have plenty of notes to go over as we talk and make sure I cover everything.
Take a deep breath and relax. Remember, they wany you to have the best idea they've ever heard.
Good luck.

Might not want to do it word for word at first but make sure you're comfortable enough with it. Get used to it, Lot's of times the producer will sit back and listen to what you have to say. When you feel you've covered all the points you want to get just ask them for any questions. Their cue to take over the conversation.
Another thing is don't worry if they call a few minutes later than scheduled. Sometimes they may run over the scheduled time a bit but they'll get to you when they can. Don't panic.

If you practice your pitch over and over your pitch will sound more natural, smoother and give you the confidence that you can deliver all the information you want to within the time.
