Filmmaker Paul Atherton Returns to Stage 32 after a couple of years absece....

Hi Everyone,

As many of you know I've been homeless, here in London, for over 13 years now.

I have continued to make films during that time and they always dealt with social issues, like the docudrama, Silent Voices (2005) which examined the issues of domestic violence, The Ballet Of Change (2007) a retaliation to the London bashing the country was undergoing at the time now collected into the BFI archive and, both predated my homelessness which occured whilst editing Colour Blind (2009) a short that explored racism from all sides, The Feminist Car Commercial (2014) challenged misogyny in Car Advertising, Our London Lives (2016) dealt with being a father in abesntia, only seeing my Child on trips to London.and was edited down from my video diary recorded over 16 years and was collected into the Museum of London.

I am now pleased to say my documentary 90 Days of Hope: Why Britain Chose Not To End Homelessness iis having a Charity Premiere at the Genesis Cinema in the East End of London at 18:45 on Wednesday 1st December 2021.to raise funds for the Museum of Homelessness.

If you're in London please come and support and either way, do please share the event around your networks, tickets are available here.at £7.50 with all profits going to MoH, live verbatim object performances from the Museum, Q&A with me and then an afterparty to close, with live musicians & live portrait painting.

Oh wow Paul, congratulations. I was at the Genesis a few weeks ago and it's a great premiere location. Won't be able to make it for this one but good luck with it!
