In answer to your question Robert, it's a fairly simple process. Any filmmaker can submit their work by creating an account at Amazon Video Direct. It's nice to be able to do this without needing to secure a distribution or aggregation deal. After that there's some waiting. My movie took about 5 weeks to get published. The most common thing I've head that will slow down a title's publication is closed captioning. I invested a fair amount of time making sure my captions were accurate and properly synced to the dialogue.
That's awesome! Congratulations!
Awesome news. Congratulations. Could you share how you got it picked up by Amazon?
