I have a question for all of you producers out there. If someone gets their first story published and lets you guys know about it for your consideration, what is the likelihood of any of you at least looking it over or having someone look it over for you?
Where was it published?
It was a general question. Just pick whatever publisher, publishing company, and book you like.

Producers care about book sales and every major book publisher has a movie division.
Well, I am still working on my first story and plan on self publishing it. I guess that unless it does well in book sales, and the story is good, it is pretty much a hit or miss.

If you have a published novel with a current buzz and following that can be verified (not just sales numbers but an online fan base I can reach in social media) I'm interested. And so will everyone else be. Short of that, no. No more than unpublished work.
I've based my pilot & scripts series on my award winning Ocean Depths novels about the gods & goddesses in conflict as they live, love & vie for control of Earth's waters. My female audience is gaining momentum, & eager for each novel before it comes out, wishing we'd make them into Binge TV. I sent you a connect on LinkedIn if you're interested. Much success to you in your ventures and cheers!
