About Miguel

I was the creator and showrunner of two TV series in Portugal: ‘Strange’ and ‘The Last Treasure’. I have written over 500 episodes for other series, including ‘Blood Ties’ which won an International Emmy in 2011.

Shortly after moving to the US I directed the short film ‘Emma’s Fine’ which was selected to screen at numerous film festivals in 13 countries.

I also direct brand content videos for clients including Vogue, Ashley Graham, bare necessities, White House Black Market and Chico’s.
