Hall of famer Charlie Louvin has spent a lifetime in country music. From poverty-stricken Alabama, to stardom as half of The Louvin Brothers, then to relative obscurity and back again. Charlie's life has been filled with highs and lows, by personal and professional tragedies, but one constant has been his love for the music. This film combines interviews with Charlie and his family as well as admirers including- Alison Krauss, Emmylou Harris, George Jones, Marty Stuart and John McCrea from Cake.
