June 22, 2013 will be the first-annual Summer Food Cart Festival. Portland, Oregon's premiere street food vendors will be gathered on the campus of Mt. Hood Community College. Fabulous food and great music will combine to make for a fantastic family event. Proceeds from ticket sales benefit the non-profit ALSO (Adult Learning Systems of Oregon).
