An original rescore of a scene from "Puss in Boots: The Last Wish", featuring my newly composed music performed and recorded by a professional string quartet in Italy as part of the Screen Music Program (SMP) 2026. For this project, I had the opportunity to compose new music for the scene, prepare the score and parts for live musicians, and hear the piece brought to life in a professional recording session. This video features the score alongside the final string quartet recording. This project was an incredible opportunity to explore writing for picture, orchestration, notation, and communicating musical ideas through live performance.
