HIGH MENTAL STATE is a psychological science-fiction short film about Adam, an ordinary financial analyst chosen for a covert mission across time. Guided by an advanced intelligence and bound by a constitution written in his clearest state of mind, he must confront a former traveller who came to believe that knowledge placed him above the rules. A story about time, power, judgment and the person we become when nothing can stop us.
