An overworked, sleep-deprived IT specialist is on the verge of a nervous breakdown. His artist neighbour, desperate to regain his former fame, works late into the night, seemingly without a thought for his neighbours. Now, the IT specialist methodically plans the artist’s demise. The only thing standing between him and a good night’s sleep is the Neighbourhood Watch.
