Blade runner ( from 2017) | Kerry Kennard

From October 2025 class learning from Michael Whittaker ( ScoreCraft Academy), Blade Runner (from 2017 ) was one of the videos to score and create a HYBRID type TRAILER project. Sounds from Apple / Logic Pro and a few other libraries really worked well. I used a broken drum sound under the last drum part. I was trying to emulate the same rhythm, though decided to make a different rhythm. It's really hard to hear, though does add some tension via frequency, rather than rhythm. There may be some Tension with the two rhythms, but not too much. The other last min. changes was adding light Strings in the middle, since the other sounds were a little light. The Strings added a little more depth, after tweaking the EQ and adding my fav. plugin on some instruments - PHAT FX. It does wanders adding a lot of diff. sound shapes for this type of Genre (and others). I learned about it from KARRA, a well known singer on YouTube. She uses it on many of her vocals, if memory serves well.
