The Minuterunners are desperate post-apocalyptic wasteland survivors competing in a brutal, televised hunt orchestrated by the Under State. Their goal? Earn enough "points" by hunting and capturing high-value targets-other survivors -in order to secure entry into the Under State, the last supposed bastion of civilization.
