THE UNOBTAINBLES by Paisley Parks asks the question, "How Far Would You Go...To Get What You Can't Have?" A washed up, middle aged, philandering, white male tennis pro reconnects with the love of his life, a black bisexual American chanteuse that he met in Paris while competing in the Paris Open, 25 years ago. They had a one-night stand and unbeknownst to the tennis player they produced a son. Upon learning of this son, he wants them to become a family but it's not going to sit well with his 30-something daughter and his wife of 30 plus years.
