About Luís

Growing up, I was always at the heart of imaginative adventures, from bicycle races to defending the last fort in the neighborhood. I was also part of the Scouts, where I learned the value of teamwork and the drive to constantly improve. Raised surrounded by the stories and memories of my parents, who were born and raised in Angola, I developed a deep sense of creativity and a passion for storytelling.

This love for creativity led me to pursue a career in the arts, where I focused on audiovisual expression. It was at Antonio Arroio Arts School that I discovered the world of documentary filmmaking, which led me to pursue a degree in Documentary Filmmaking at ESTA-IPT.

My journey took a turn when I joined Bairro Arte, where I began managing their social media and website. As I explored the digital landscape, I realized I needed to expand my knowledge, so I pursued a course in Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Management at Flag.

I thrive on challenges and am always eager to learn more. While I don’t enjoy failure, I know it’s a crucial part of growth. Above all, I believe in creating environments where laughter and happiness are central – because, for me, joy is the key to everything.
