Hi, all! I'm Matt Ritchey, a film and theater director/writer/actor in LA. After mounting several solo shows in Hollywood and many original stage productions, I'm finally teaching a solo show workshop! Co-moderated with actress/producer/writer Asta Leigh, we'll be taking actors from an idea to a 20 minute solo show in 8 weeks! Whether you're new to solo work or you're a pro looking to do a new piece, this is an open space to create, evolve, and play. We'll be working on structures that keep audiences engaged, digging into what makes you and your themes unique, and doin g a lot of goal setting!
