A King, A Crown, and a War for Identity — The Heir

Hey Stage 32 community,

I’ve been offline for a while, but I’ve been deep in writing. I just finished the first draft of my royal-fantasy feature screenplay: The Heir.

Here’s a quick overview:

LOGLINE: In a kingdom where bloodline determines power, a just-hearted prince must navigate betrayal, jealousy, and dark secrets to claim the throne promised to him—while his ruthless older brother

schemes to destroy everything he holds dear.

FORMAT: Feature Film.

LENGTH: 93 pages.

This project has been a really important part of my growth as a writer. It challenged me in a lot of ways, especially with structure, character depth, and emotional stakes.

I’m still early in my screenwriting journey; I've been writing for almost a year now, but I’m also committed to improving and refining my work with each project I take on.

Would love to hear what others are working on as well.

Always open to feedback and connecting with fellow writers!
