I own a family-run coastal inn in the Outer Banks (Corolla, NC), and I’m looking to connect with writers, directors, and indie producers interested in developing a film project.
Our property is uniquely positioned for production:
• Private inn available during the offseason (minimal to no foot traffic)
• Walking distance to the beach
• Close to the Currituck Lighthouse and historic Corolla area
• Multiple interior and exterior looks all within a tight radius
I’m especially interested in contained films (thriller, drama, mystery) that can take advantage of a single primary location with strong atmosphere.
Open to:
• Collaborating with writers who have scripts that fit the setting
• Developing a concept built around the property
• Working with indie filmmakers looking for a strong, production-friendly location
