This season, I’m feeling an overwhelming amount of gratitude—for the festivals that took a chance, the readers who leaned in, the quiet supporters who’ve been watching from the glass, and the unexpected conversations that started simply because a story refused to stay quiet.
Pretty Little Lucy has been swimming far and wide lately, and I’m genuinely humbled by how much love it’s received across the circuit. None of this is lost on me. Every selection, message, and moment of curiosity means more than you know.
I’m spending the holidays doing what I love most—writing, refining, and letting the work speak while the water stays busy. No rush. No noise. Just appreciation… and a little festive mischief.

Thank you Maurice. I never expected in a million years that an embarrassing and secluded time in my life would have intrigued people like it has. It’s bittersweet.
There’s been an overwhelming number of production partners that are interested in this project and it is truly heartwarming.
My wish is that my story will have a positive impact on the world for generations to come.
