Well, I would say all round that the figures are very poor and looking at the top 20 list, I couldn’t see a film that I’d want to watch, save for maybe “Becoming Led Zeppelin”, but that was nowhere to be seen in my local cinemas, or screened at a totally hopeless time.
If any UK Producers are reading this, why do you think UK Independents are failing at the box office? Is it a problem with what is being commissioned, or a poor distribution strategy?
