Hey everyone, I’m the founder of XineRent, an early-stage project experimenting with timed digital premieres for independent films.
So far I’ve completed one premiere and now have two more filmmakers preparing upcoming releases through the platform. Right now I’m mainly focused on collaboration, learning, and building relationships within the indie film ecosystem rather than trying to force rapid scaling too early.
I’m looking to connect with filmmakers, producers, festival organizers, exhibitors, distributors, film communities, and anyone exploring creative ways independent films can reach audiences online.
The idea behind XineRent is to treat online premieres more like real events — limited-time screenings, shared audience moments, and structured release windows — instead of films just disappearing into endless streaming catalogs.
I’d especially love to collaborate with people who are:
experimenting with indie film distribution
building film communities
organizing screenings or festivals
supporting emerging filmmakers
interested in alternative release strategies
open to testing new audience experiences for independent cinema
Still early, still evolving, but already working with real filmmakers and learning from each premiere as we go.
Always open to conversations, ideas, feedback, partnerships, and creative collaborations with people passionate about independent film and where film distribution could go next.
