We are currently looking for a Narrative Producer who can oversee the production process of our writers department involved with our comics, films, and occasionally games, spanning writers, consultants, and developmental editors. This is mainly a coordinating as opposed to a creative role. More below.
ABOUT THE COMPANY
We are creating films, games, and comics - stories with soul - for our own fantasy universe (think Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, etc., but smaller - for now hehe). We started 4 years ago as a small team of folks who were initially supposed to package a TV show. Finding ourselves unable to give away our IP, we decided to build out the universe ourselves to retain (creative) control. Now, 4 years later, our rag-tag band of pirates has grown to over 150 members.
Our current slate includes 3 short films (2 in active development, 1 in post production, 30min each), a comic book series (9 issues of Season 1, 40+ pages/issue), and two games (one Card Game online and offline version featuring our characters and factions, and one TTRPG with oneshots, campaign rules and region expansions). We also produce fantastic music, Shopify-sold merchandise, handcrafted art, documentaries about the making of Soul Atlas, Lore Videos, and Shorts.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a soft-skilled team player who can take charge to make things happen. Responsibilities below may be seasonal and do not necessarily occur together in any given week.
YOU
are a diligent, personable, responsible, reachable leader and you ...

Naresh’s Adventure (WT) (9x Comics, 45 pages, 1 arc) - Partially in production, partially in development, developed by a small writers’ room
Trials of Akash (TTRPG game) - Ongoing requirements for lore texts featured in rulebooks and oneshots
Frail Pact (WT) (Card game) - Requiring ancillary texts for card description, tutorial content, and lore
FIRST STEPS

We present the current timeline and team. You ask for everything else. Then we will hand over the keys to the kingdom, and it's you moving forward.
COMPENSATION DETAILS
Time Investment:
Part-time. Approximately 10 hours/week (flexible week on week, as we understand you may have other commitments) - you set your own boundaries. If it is possible for you, we accept more than 10 hours/week.
Salary:
At this point, there is no salary. We instead give parts of the company away:
Profit Participation:
We are currently in the development of a profit share/royalty system that will award everyone who is part of the project a part of the pie without causing any upfront taxation. Upon request for an interview, we will send you a detailed breakdown incl. market analyses, operations model, company structure and dealstructure so you can make a decision.
Thank you very much for considering the collaboration.
We hope to see you on the other side and that we grow together on these exciting projects!
