CASTING CALL: "Severed Connection" (Working Title)
Project Title: Severed Connection: An Audio Thriller Series
Genre: Psychological Thriller/ Mystery Audio Drama
Format: Monologue-Style Short Audios (approx. 10-15 mins)
Recording: Remote (home studio or quiet space preferred)
Compensation: £30 per monologue (approx. 10–15 minutes of final audio)
Usage: Podcast platforms (Spotify, Apple, YouTube) + promotional materials
Deadline for Submissions: Sunday 11th May
We're looking for talented voice actors, with naturalistic, emotionally rich performances, to bring a series of intimate thriller monologues to life. This project focuses on one-sided performances - realistic, grounded, and heavy with tension.
Each piece reveals a personal story — sometimes loving, sometimes chilling — woven together by an overarching mystery. Each voice carries a secret... and a clue...
