About Us  

We’re a small, fast-growing video production team specializing in vertical content. Our videos cover a wide range of formats and regularly reach millions of viewers across social media. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a true “Swiss Army knife” — someone versatile, reliable, and ready to tackle a variety of tasks to help keep our productions running smoothly. You’ll work closely with the director to prepare shoots, find actors, assist on set, and help solve the occasional unconventional challenges.

What You’ll Do:  

- Find and recommend actors for shoots, working closely with the director for final approval  

- Communicate with talent (create call sheets, manage contracts)  

- Source and purchase props and costumes  

- Deliver props and wardrobe to the set  

- Assist the director on set  

- Help scout and secure filming locations

What We’re Looking For:  

- Highly responsible and dependable  

- Quick problem-solver with a solution-first mindset  

- Fluent in English  

- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal car  

- Outgoing and comfortable working with people

*Must be flexible with hours and able to work on short notice if needed.*

Experience:  

- 1+ year of experience in film/video production required
