Jay Swinson

Jay Swinson has over 15 years of experience as a speaker, trainer, voice-over artist, and customized content producer. He began his career by working for the internationally acclaimed motivational speaker and trainer Les Brown. Jay would eventually become Les’ lead engagement coordinator, before becoming a speaker in his own right.
He has spoken before many organizations and thousands of people. Over the years, Jay has worked for many organizations–large and small–gaining valuable knowledge and experience along the way.
Jay currently divides his time between writing and producing voice-over projects and customized employee training content. He couples this with keynote speaking engagements for companies and organizations of all sizes nationwide under his own banner:
