Who Is Citizen Skull Productions & Management?

Founded in 2010 by CEO, Producer, & Manager Mark Myers, Citizen Skull Productions develops and produces distinctive feature films, documentaries, television, and animation. The company is dedicated to creator-driven storytelling, partnering with filmmakers and talent to bring compelling, commercially viable projects to audiences worldwide.
Citizen Skull's productions include the Emmy Award-winning documentary Street Gang for HBO, the Shudder original Glorious starring J.K. Jason Hafford is a Literary Manager and the Founder of Prototype Content, a management and production company headquartered in London that represents leading global voices across film, television, and media. Jason is actively looking to develop a slate of international projects for Prototype Content. Jason looks for scripts that have universal themes that can appeal to an international audience.
Luke Scrase is a film and television Producer, Literary Manager, and former studio executive with wide-ranging experience across book-to-film, IP-based adaptations, and international and local language projects. He is currently the CEO of Golden Gate Studios, a London-based film and television production company he founded, which focuses on cultivating projects with US and European filmmakers and talent to make international hit films and series in the action, thriller, and genre space. In 2025, he launched Golden Gate Management, the company’s boutique literary management arm, which represents a select group of writers and directors with bespoke US-style representation from Europe.
Previously, Luke was Head of Local Production at Sony Pictures Entertainment, where he led the local production strategy and oversaw all development, production, and acquisitions for the studio in the UK. His credits include GREED, OUR LADIES, THE CRITIC, and the upcoming film 500 MILES starring Bill Nighy. Prior to that, he was based in Los Angeles as a Creative Executive in Sony’s International Film & Television division, where he oversaw a slate of 20+ local-language films and series annually across Western Europe and Latin America, including remakes of MY BEST FRIEND’S WEDDING and 50 FIRST DATES. He specializes in bridging the gap between the US and European industries, connecting IP, talent, and financing across territories.

We offer the option to get immediate script coverage when you submit and the ability to re-submit a revised draft to the contest for $99.00. See what elements of your script are working and what still needs to be developed. With this option you will receive coverage/notes within 5-days from when you submit your script and you have up to 10 days after the final deadline to submit a new draft.

Vivek also serves as a Permanent Juror in International Film Festivals in Greece and Cyprus and has curated and been Juror on many festivals around the world. He has also co-founded a Film Festival in Austria. Vivek actively mentors and guides up and coming filmmakers to get their dream projects produced and aids in promoting these at Festivals and for distribution.
Katharina Suckale is a veteran international producer who has overseen co-productions between Europe, India, and the US on feature films, documentaries, TV series, and cross-media products. Recently, she produced the feature film RADDIUS-TRIJYA, which was picked up by MUBI and announced on SCREEN, and set up ONCE UPON A CRIME IN BORIVALI with Lotus Visual, announced in Variety.
Her feature film LOEV was screened at SXSW and Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival and was released exclusively for Netflix worldwide in 180 countries. Her feature film co-production THE ROAD TO MANDALAY won the Fedeora award at the Venice Film Festival, the Licorne d'Or in Amiens, and was released in theaters.
In television, Katharina is developing the series THE BIG B for Disney+ Hotstar in India announced in Variety, as well as a series for ZDF, ARD, and SONY and doing line production services in Europe and India.

There is no limit to the number of screenplays an Entrant can enter. The same screenplay cannot be submitted multiple times under different names. If so, you will be disqualified.
Entrant must not be an immediate family member or friend of any of the judges or their respective companies.
Entrant acknowledges that because of the judges' and mentors' position in the entertainment industry they receive numerous submissions of ideas, formats, stories, suggestions and the like and that many such submissions heretofore or hereafter received by them are similar to or identical to those developed by them or their employees or, if an agent, are otherwise available to them.
Entrant acknowledges that they will not be entitled to any compensation because of the use by judges or mentors of any such similar material.
Entrant acknowledges that no fiduciary or confidential relationship now exists between Entrant and judges or mentors, and Entrant further acknowledges that no such relationships are established between Entrant and judges or mentors by reason of this contest entry.
Entrants must submit screenplays and payment online.
Entrants must upload their submission within 72 hours of entry purchase.
Entry fees will not be returned or adjusted.
No waivers are available for this contest.
SCREENPLAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Screenplays should be written in English and in standard industry format.
The rights to the Entrant’s screenplay should not have been previously optioned or sold.
The Entrant retains the rights to his or her screenplay at all times.
Entrant’s screenplay must not have been produced.
The screenplay can be submitted with or without a title page and/or contact information.
After a screenplay is entered, no new drafts or corrected pages can be made by the Entrant unless it is confirmed in our records that the Entrant has paid for the "Resubmission" option.
Screenplay must be submitted as a PDF document.
Screenplay must be the original work of the Entrant and may not be based whole or in part on any fictional or non-fictional material, published or unpublished, produced or unproduced for which the Entrant does not have rights. Neither Stage 32 nor its judges investigates or attests to the authenticity of an applicant’s statement of authorship or rights secured. By entering the competition, you are acknowledging that you have secured all necessary rights.
