Our 1st Annual Winner Jeffrey Thompson went on to work in the writer's room of the popular TV series, THE GOLDBERGS, and rose up the ranks to a Staff Writer contributing on 22 episodes of the ABC sitcom!

"My favorite thing about winning - the fact I got to meet with all these great people in the industry, who are now invested in my career and have been a great source of advice and guidance in this crazy world! I think the best part about winning for me is the confidence it instilled in me as a writer... Getting external validation has given me confidence to go into any room and know that whatever I'm pitching is amazing. Thank you Stage 32 for reminding me that I'm good at writing!"
