Want Script Coverage & The Ability To Submit A New Draft?
Want professional feedback on your script? We offer discounted script coverage and the option to resubmit revised drafts. Our feedback options are designed to help you polish your work and give you the best chance at success.
We offer the option to get immediate script coverage when you submit, and the ability to resubmit a revised draft to the contest for $99.00. See what elements of your script are working and what still needs to be developed. With this option you will receive coverage/notes within 5-days from when you submit your script, and you have up to 10 days after the final deadline to submit a new draft.
This option is good for a one-time use and is non-refundable/non-transferable if you do not enter an updated draft. See full terms in the Rules Section. The last day to submit new drafts with this option is August 30th, 2025. Please submit revised drafts to contests@stage32.com.
We offer discounted script coverage for $49.00. With this option, you will receive 1-2 pages of coverage/notes after the Quarterfinalist Announcement on October 17th, 2025. See full terms in the Rules Section.
We offer the option to resubmit a new draft of your script later in the contest for $39.00. You only have until 5 days after the Final Deadline to submit a new draft. The last day to submit new drafts with this option is August 25th, 2025. Please submit revised drafts to contests@stage32.com.
You cannot re-submit a new draft after the reading process has commenced or after any announcements have been made.

Winner Jonathan Jordan was signed by major literary agency Verve, and worked on a script currently in production through them. He has also signed with a manager and is currently working on a new film.
Winner Greg Mania was signed by Cohn/Torgan Management, and has since published a memoir called Born To Be Public, which was named NPR’s Best Book of 2020.

Neil Wade serves as Senior Manager for Animated Current Series and Development at Nickelodeon Animation. Originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma they have lived across the USA and as far away as Japan, which solidified their desire to start a career in animation. Beginning as an intern at Nickelodeon, they have worked on series such as DORA THE EXPLORER, FAMILY GUY, THE FAIRLY ODD PARENTS, PIG GOAT BANANA CRICKET, CLEOPATRA IN SPACE, WONDER PARK, THE CASAGRANDES, BIG NATE, and STAR TREK: PRODIGY. Their career has placed them at studios such as Nickelodeon Animation, Fox Television Animation, and Dreamworks Television Animation. Most recently they’ve served as the EIC on the Emmy Award-winning series The Loud House and Emmy and GLAAD Award-winning Fairly OddParents: A New Wish.
Jason Stiff is a a Producer at Bento Box Entertainment's Atlanta studio. Jason's credits include KING OF THE HILL for Fox; SPONGEBOB SQUAREPANTS, AVATAR: THE LAST AIRBENDER, INVADER ZIM, DORA THE EXPLORER, in addition to numerous other series for Nickelodeon; AVENGERS ASSEMBLE, GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY and ULTIMATE SPIDERMAN for Marvel; as well as work on series for Comedy Central, Netflix, and Adult Swim. He is also a member of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.
Prior to joining the Bento Box Atlanta team as a Producer in March of 2016, Jason was an Emmy and 6 time Golden Reel Award winner during his time with Nickelodeon Animation Studios, where he served as Vice President of Post Production. There he managed animation pipelines for television, direct to video, commercials, promos and other special projects including live action integration using a multitude of systems. His work has taken him to many different countries including South Korea, India, New Zealand, Singapore, Ireland and others to manage the technology and workflow back to the US.
Josh Mandel is a senior level producer and production executive with over 20 years of experience developing and producing content for Mattel, Disney, Pixar, Warner Bros, Universal, Sony, DC Comics, Dreamworks, Microsoft, Amazon, Interscope, Atlantic Records and WWE.
Josh currently oversees Development of original TV series and movies at Amazon Kids+, the premiere destination for movies, TV, mobile games and books aimed at kids ages 3-12.
Josh began in Development at Miramax with Martin Scorsese’s Gangs of New York and Production at Interscope with artists like Eminem, Weezer and 50 Cent before segueing into feature films and television. Josh has produced 10 feature films around the world including Lord of the Rings documentary “Ringers,” Best of 2015 Critics Pick “Uncertain Terms,” Independent Spirit Award-winning “Without,” and 2023 WGA-shortlisted “Paris is in Harlem.”
Jasmine Hill is a Manager of Development at 20th Television Animation - the animation arm of 20th Century Fox (THE SIMPSONS, BOB'S BURGERS, FAMILY GUY) - where she scouts for upcoming comedic writing talent and animators.
LA born and raised, Jazmine Hill got her start in the film industry as an intern and assistant at the indie production and finance film company Bold Films (DRIVE, NIGHTCRAWLER, WHIPLASH). Then made the jump over at the indie production and finance studio, BRON Studios (BIRTH OF A NATION, FENCES, JOKER) in development. After realizing how much she loved comedy, she next worked on the management side at Avalon Entertainment, mostly known for representing comedic talent and producing LAST WEEK TONIGHT WITH JOHN OLIVER.
Alfredo Marun a passionate animation producer who has worked at some of the top production companies and studios including DreamWorks Animation, SONY, Scott Rudin Productions, Matt Tolmach Productions, and most recently he was the Director of Development at Disney Television Animation before he decided to produce animation independently given the connections he has across studios, agencies, production companies and management firms.
After over a decade in the industry Alfredo has worked on dozens of projects and just some of his credits include KIPO & THE AGE OF WONDERBEASTS, DRAGONS: NINE REALMS, THE MIGHTY ONES, and ZOMBIES: THE RE-ANIMATED SERIES.
Alfredo is an advisor/charter member for LatinX In Animation, a group dedicated to empowering diversity in animation from page to post and is a bilingual (Spanish-English) creative executive with a proven track record of developing live-action and animated television series and feature films for theatrical, linear, and SVOD.
Alfredo loves developing diverse and and contemporary stories and working with writers to get their stories to the screen!

This Stage 32 Contest is an international contest. Must be 18 years or older to submit.
Entrant agrees to Stage32.com terms and conditions.
This Stage 32 Contest is not a game of chance. All material is read and reviewed by industry professionals.
All quarterfinalists, semi-finalists, finalists and winners are subjectively determined by our judges.
There is no limit to the number of screenplays an Entrant can enter. The same screenplay cannot be submitted multiple times under different names. If so, you will be disqualified.
Entrant must not be an immediate family member or friend of any of the judges or their respective companies.
Entrant acknowledges that because of the judges' and mentors' position in the entertainment industry they receive numerous submissions of ideas, formats, stories, suggestions and the like and that many such submissions heretofore or hereafter received by them are similar to or identical to those developed by them or their employees or, if an agent, are otherwise available to them.
Entrant acknowledges that they will not be entitled to any compensation because of the use by judges or mentors of any such similar material.
Entrant acknowledges that no fiduciary or confidential relationship now exists between Entrant and judges or mentors, and Entrant further acknowledges that no such relationships are established between Entrant and judges or mentors by reason of this contest entry.
Entrants must submit screenplays and payment online.
Entrants must upload their submission within 72 hours of entry purchase.
Entry fees will not be returned or adjusted.
No waivers are available for this contest.
SCREENPLAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Screenplays should be written in English and in standard industry format.
The rights to the Entrant’s screenplay should not have been previously optioned or sold.
The Entrant retains the rights to his or her screenplay at all times.
Entrant’s screenplay must not have been produced.
The screenplay can be submitted with or without a title page and/or contact information.
After a screenplay is entered, no new drafts or corrected pages can be made by the Entrant unless it is confirmed in our records that the Entrant has paid for the "Resubmission" option.
Screenplay must be submitted as a PDF document.
Screenplay must be the original work of the Entrant and may not be based whole or in part on any fictional or non-fictional material, published or unpublished, produced or unproduced for which the Entrant does not have rights. Neither Stage 32 nor its judges investigates or attests to the authenticity of an applicant’s statement of authorship or rights secured. By entering the competition, you are acknowledging that you have secured all necessary rights.
Using our new Feedback & Resubmission Option you will get 3-5 pages of coverage/notes back in 5-days with a guaranteed option to resubmit one (1) revised draft of your script up to 10 days after the Final Deadline! See what elements of your script are working and what still needs to be developed. You can position yourself for the best chance of success - all for an additional fee of only $99.
