About Maren
My interest in theatre, film and television led me to major in media studies. During my internship at an independent film production company, I did, among other things, script edits, researched for ongoing projects and wrote applications for festivals. Thus I realised the importance of good storytelling. To further my education, I therefore took part in a ten-month screenwriting course. In addition to theory, I worked on three short films and gained valuable insights into the process of shooting.
I have also completed a Master's degree in Game Development. I worked both independently and as part of a team on projects that required creative thinking and a strong ability to realize ideas. I then worked in adult education (e-learning) and marketing.
I am looking forward to spending time here on Stage 32.
