Scott Muller

Born and raised in New Orleans, Scott making short films in grade school and began acting professionally in high school, appearing in a wide range of plays in community theaters across the city. After a year at the University of New Orleans, where he garnered strong reviews in main stage productions, he left school to attend the Herbert Berghof Studio in NYC.

After returning home to attend LSU, he toured the state in a one-man show STARKVILLE and appeared in various commercials, films and television series such as 'Common Law' on the USA Network, 'Secret at Arrow Lake' with C. Thomas Howell and 'Treme' on HBO.

FLOODWATERS was first conceived as a short film. Financed and produced by MOO Productions, the twelve minute film premiered on three screens for one week prior to each showing of 'The Hangover 3' at Canal Place Theatres in New Orleans in 2013. After extensive research, interviews and rewrites, this script was expanded into a full-length screenplay that placed in the top 15% of the Academy Nicholl Fellowship Screenplay Competition in 2014.
