Robin F. Baker is an actor born in Aiken, South Carolina and raised in The Bronx. He received a Regents diploma from LaGuardia High School, earned an Associate's (AAS) degree from New York City College of Technology and a Bachelor's (BFA) degree from the School of Visual Arts. Despite his art education and successful 25-year career in graphic design and advertising, he always wanted to be an actor. After being asked to play the lead in an NYU student film entitled Blue in Green by Mia Taper in 2014, Robin began the transition to becoming a full-time professional actor. In less than a year, he embodied a wide range of on-screen comedic and dramatic characters in various feature films, short films, music videos, commercials, industrials and voice-overs. Some of his latest feature work involves playing Stan, a washed-up "murder tour" operator, in an upcoming Netflix horror-comedy feature film, 6:66PM, directed by Jim Klock and a "dramedic" role as Mark Lister, the boss of an in-home health aide provider in Steps, directed by Itchy House Films. Robin F. Baker periodically donates his time and talent as an actor to the students and faculty at NYU Tisch's Sight and Sound Studio.
