Initial compensation is tied to the company’s long-term growth, including revenue activation, fundraising milestones, and the establishment of new partnerships. Role Description
We are seeking an entrepreneurial, mission-aligned to join our founding leadership team and shape the next phase of the company’s growth. This is a hands-on, early-stage leadership role for someone who wants to help build a studio, not simply work at one.
You will partner directly with the Founder as a core decision-maker, guiding business strategy, operations, partnerships, and studio development. This role is ideal for someone energized by building systems from the ground up, scaling new initiatives, and helping define what a purpose-driven entertainment company can become.
