Breaking into the industry as a writer is a win. Owning your career and getting your projects made is power. Right now, the film and television landscape rewards writers who do more than create. It rewards those who take control. The creatives who are moving fastest are not waiting to be chosen. They are stepping into the producer mindset and driving their own projects forward. If you want momentum, leverage, and real opportunity, you must understand how projects are packaged, financed, and positioned to sell. This exclusive Stage 32 webinar shows you how to make that shift and claim your next level!

You will stop waiting for permission and start thinking like the person who makes the decisions. You will learn how to evaluate your script through a production lens, assess viability, align budgets with vision, attract the right attachments, and understand financing pathways. Instead of hoping your script moves forward, you will know how to move it forward.

Your Stage 32 educator, Allison Margaret Reid, has worked on major films including THE MARTIAN, BLADE RUNNER 2049, and ALIEN COVENANT. She is also the Associate Producer of JUNGLELAND, which premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival, and began her career on studio features at Focus Features and Universal Pictures. With experience across development, studio filmmaking, and independent production, she understands exactly how projects go from idea to execution and how writers can step into that process with authority.

By the end of this  webinar, you will walk away with a clear roadmap for transitioning from writer to producer and the confidence to position yourself as a creative force who generates opportunity instead of waiting for it!
